Executive Director and Board of Trustees Hiring Announcement

The IQA is ready to initiate the search for a new executive director. The Board of Trustees, the body in charge of the process, will carry out the application and selection process from the 7th of October to the 8th of November.

The Executive Director is responsible for overseeing the administration, programs, and strategic plan of the organization. Other key duties include financial planning, marketing, and community outreach. More information on the position and what we are looking for can be found here.

All prospective candidates must have good communication and interpersonal skills as well as the ability to work well with Congress, the Board of Trustees, and staff. The position of executive director is a volunteer position.

The IQA is also beginning a search for additions to the Board of Trustees.

Prospective board members should review qualifications for the position of executive director as they should possess similar skills. Board members are voted in by Congress and the search for more members will stay ongoing.
