Social Impact Manager

This is a 10-15 hour/week volunteer position. A driven individual will promote and expand the IQA’s social responsibility projects in the areas of literacy and gender equality,as well as worldwide quidditch development projects. They will meet regularly with their counterparts in the Congress, and report to the Executive Director.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist the IQA Congress to develop relevant projects and programs and carry them out on a daily basis
  • Manage and oversee the distribution of grants to developing quidditch programs
  • Hire and manage staff as necessary to assist with timely completion of these tasks

Minimum Qualifications

  • Demonstrable passion for the IQA’s social endeavours
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English
  • Detail-oriented and independently motivated
  • Regular access to Skype and email

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bilingual
  • Previous management experience
  • Relevant nonprofit or other social responsibility organisation experience
